I created Powder Pals after seeing a lonely Plush in a charity shop. I thought he could make for a good chalk bag!

I got fixated on the idea, went back home and learned to sew.

I made friends chalk bags and eventually I decided to sell them, so everyone can enjoy adopting a Chalk Bag Plush and giving it a loving home!

Yes!

Each Powder Pal is individually handmade, meaning no two are exactly the same. Small variations make each one unique.

(Each bag comes with either a blue button or Pink... Unless it's a One of One drop and then you get a special Yellow Button 👀)

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 2–5 business days
  
• International: 5–12 business days
  

You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

I offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact me with:

• Your order number
  
• Reason for return
  

I'll provide return instructions from there!

Exchanges?

Because each Powder Pal is unique, I can’t guarantee an exact replacement.

However, if something is wrong, I’ll do my best to make it right!
